Saffershire Rusks is a friendly South African family business based in North Oxfordshire. We are proud to supply this traditional favourite to discerning rusk-lovers in the UK (that's you). We make our exclusive range of rusks with care in our Cotswold kitchen, using fresh, wholesome ingredients. Our rusks are not mass produced.

Africa is our inspiration and for every bag of rusks we sell, a portion of our profits goes to www.salembabycentre.org.za

Our kitchen will close for the school holidays on Friday 17 July. We will re-open for orders on Monday 7 September.
